Grains o' th' Beck is a tiny hamlet on the upper part of the River Lune in the North Riding of Yorkshire. It is at the union of the two main headwaters of the Lune, the Long Grain and the Lune Head Beck, at bridges over each.
The nearby Grains o' th' Beck Meadows are a site of special scientific interest where a wealth of locally rare plants grow in a protected environment.
