Middle Caicos, also called Grand Caicos, is the largest island in the Turks and Caicos Islands, though not the most populous; its population is fewer than 500.

To the west, Middle Caicos is separated from North Caicos by Juniper Hole, and to the east, from East Caicos by Lorimer Creek, both narrow passages that can accommodate only small boats.

Middle Caicos has an area of just under 56 square miles at high tide, and of 114 square miles down to the low water mark. The population was estimated at 468 in 2006.
