Mount Sage is a hill on the island of Tortola. Its summit reaches 1,750 feet and is the highest point in the British Virgin Islands and indeed in the whole of the Virgin Islands group.

Mount Sage is a volcanic peak in origin. It is located in the west of the island, to the southwest of the territory's capital, Road Town.
