Polebrook is one of the hundreds of Northamptonshire, located in the east of the county, adjacent to the border with Huntingdonshire. It is bounded to the north by Willybrook; to the east and south by Huntingdonshire; to the south-east by Navisford and a detached part of Huxloe; and to the west by Corby Hundred. It had a population of 8,215 in 2011.
It comprises the following ancient parishes:
