Acrid Point is a low-lying headland on the northwest side of Zavodovski Island, northernmost of the South Sandwich Islands. It is to be found between Stench Point and Pacific Point.

The name, fixed applied by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1971, refers to the acrid volcanic fumes emitted on the west side of the island, and the ever present reek of guano.
