Wheal Rose is a village in Cornwall, in the Redruth and St Agnes Parishes. It is named after the mine around which the village grew up.
History and antiquities
North-west of Wheal Rose was an Iron Age building, a terraced field system, and an excavation pit.[1] Archaeological dating suggest that the system was used into the Roman period.
Churches
Wheal Rose had a Bible Christian chapel.[2]
