Webb Island is a small island which lies off the east coast of the Wright Peninsula of Adelaide Island in the British Antarctic Territory.
The island was charted in January 1909 by the French Antarctic Expedition of 1908-1910, and named 'Île Webb' after Captain (later Admiral Sir) Richard Webb of the Royal Navy (1870-1950), commanding HMS Amethyst on the east coast of South America in 1909-1911, who was the first to welcome the French Antarctic Expedition ship Pourquoi Pas? on her return to Montevideo in 1910.
The island was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Stonington Island" in October 1948.
