Wark in Tyndale Castle was a mediæval building in Northumberland, in the small village of Wark beside the upper reaches of the River Tyne, in the hills far to the northwest of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The castle here was first mentioned in 1399–1400,[1] but a motte and bailey castle occupied the site since the 12th century.[2]
