Upper Swell is a village in Gloucestershire, in the east of the county amongst the Cotswolds. It stands a mile north-west of Stow-on-the-Wold and to the north of its sister village, Lower Swell.
The village church, St Mary's, is a Grade I listed building, largely Norman in construction. Inside is a 15th century font.[1]
