Upper Sundon is a village in Bedfordshire, the larger of the two villages collectively known as the parish of Sundon, the other being its neighbour to the south, Lower Sundon.
Although Upper Sundon is the larger of the pair, the parish church stands in Lower Sundon, which is therefore assumed to be the older of the two.
Apart from the church, Upper Sundon today houses most of the amenities of the parish, including Sundon Lower School, an Indian restaurant and a pub.
Historically the village contained three pubs but one has since closed leaving The White Hart and The Red Lion as the only public houses in Upper Sundon.
The village is perilously close to the edge of Luton, whose looming suburbs stop just to the south. It is bordered on the west by the M1 motorway.
