Ugley Green is a pretty village in rural Essex, close by its parent village, Ugley, in whose parish it falls. Ugley Green is a mile and a half south of Ugley, and about 6 miles northeast of Bishops Stortford (Hertfordshire). The M11 motorway runs uncomfortably close to the east of the village.
The village contains two Grade II listed building|listed 19th-century houses,[1] and a post-mediæval house.[2]
