Tindley Peaks

The Tindley Peaks are part of the Batterbee Mountains of Palmer Land, in the British Antarctic Territory. They rise to about 2,500 feet, to the east of Horse Bluff on George VI Sound,

Following surveys by the British Antarctic Survey from "Stonington Island" and "Fossil Bluff" from 1970, this group of peaks was named after Roger Charles Tindley, the British Antarctic Survey's general assistant and mechanic at "Fossil Bluff" in 1973-1975.
