South Caicos South Caicos lies at the southern end of the chain of the Caicos Islands. It is eight square miles in area; the seventh largest island in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The island is known for excellent fishing, both deep sea and bone fishing, and scuba diving. Each year the South Caicos Regatta is held, which features island-wide parties, boat races, and other games. (Read more)
