Cirencester

Cirencester is a market town in eastern Gloucestershire, with ancient roots. The town stands on the River Churn, a tributary of the River Thames. It is home of the Royal Agricultural College, the oldest agricultural college in the English-speaking world founded in 1840.

The town was once the Roman town of Corinum and its Corinium Museum has an extensive Roman collection. (Read more)
