Sister's Peak is a hill on Ascension Island, the northernmost main island of the territory of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha. It is found just north-west of Two Boats Village and east of Georgetown.

The hill is one of the most recently active volcanic peaks; it last erupted before the island's discovery, and according to analysis this would have been between 500 to 700 years ago. Sister's Peak dominates the skyline behind Georgetown.

A path was cut to the top of Sister's Peak in 1972, and the path was named the Hannay Pass. This is also famed as being the first 'letter box' walk to have been established on the island. The solidified lava flows down the other side of the peaks can be clearly seen and there are fumarole caves which can be explored.
