Shelton Nunataks

Shelton Nunataks are two nunataks rising to 3,380 feet in the south-east of the Thomas Mountains on the Orville Coast of Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
These outcrops were photographed from the air by the United States Navy, 1965-67, and mapped from air photographs by the United States Geological Survey. They are named after Willard Smith Shelton, the United States Navy, electrician, 'Eights Station', winter 1964.
