Rosscarbery Bay

Rosscarbery Bay is a pretty bay which indents the south coast of County Cork. At the head of the bay stands the cathedral village of Rosscarbery.

The long, shallow and sandy estuary, of a tiny stream forms part of the bay, with its head at Rosscarbery and its mouth opening into the open bay.

There are two popular bathing beaches on the shore of the bay, known as Warren Beach and Owenahincha Beach.
