Ringarogy Island is an island in Roaringwater Bay in County Cork. It forms part of Carbery's Hundred Isles. The island is barely separate from the mainland, and joined to the mainland with a bridge.
The 1841 census recorded a population of nearly 600, but numbers have declined steadily, and in 2022 the population was recorded as 88.
