Rathbone Hills is a line of low hills or nunataks, 14 nautical miles long and trending east-west, located 4 nautical miles north of the Guthridge Nunataks in the Gutenko Mountains of central Palmer Land, with the British Antarctic Territory.

The hills were mapped by United States Geological Survey in 1974 and named by the Americas' Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Maj. David L. Rathbone of the United States Marine Corps, Commander of LC-130 aircraft in U.S. Navy Squadron VXE-6 during Operation Deep Freeze during 1970 and 1971.
