Raggedstone Hill is in the southern part of the Malvern Hills, the range which runs in a line approximately eight miles north-south along and close to the Herefordshire-Worcestershire border. Raggedstone Hill lies on the county border. Its summit reaches 833 feet.
It is a twin-peaked hill, wooded except at its highest slopes.
The northern flank of the hill lies on the southern side of the Hollybush pass, where the A438 gets across the hills. From Hollybush, Raggedstone Hill's summit is a brisk 15–20 minutes steep walk from the nearby Hollybush car park.
'Raggedstone Hill' is also the name of a song by the band Dodgy, written and recorded in the Malverns during 2011.
