Port Charcot is a bay on the north side of Booth Island, of the Graham Coast of the British Antarctic Territory.
The bay was charted by the French Antarctic Expedition, 1903-05, and used as winter quarters for the expedition ship Français in 1904, on which occasion a cairn with plaque was erected. The expedition called the bay 'Port Carthage': it was later named 'Port Charcot' after Dr J.-M. Charcot.
The feature was photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition of 1956-57.
