Nelson Peak, rising to 5,266 feet, is a mountain within the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It stands at the eastern end of Drury Ridge and Brown Ridge, where the two ridges abut the Washington Escarpment.
The mountain was named after Willis H. Nelson, geologist with the United States Geological Survey field party in the area, summer 1963-64.
