Mount Ege climbs to 4,430 feet above sea level in the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It stands between Berquist Ridge and Drury Ridge.
The mountain was surveyed from the ground by the United States Geological Survey and photographed from the air by the United States Navy, 1963-64. It is named after John R. Ege, the United States Geological Survey geologist with the field party, 1963-64.
