Mount Bouvier is a mountain in the middle of Adelaide Island in the British Antarctic Territory. Its summit stands at about 6,800 feet above sea level.
The island was roughly charted by the French Antarctic Expedition of 1903-05 under Charcot, and named 'Pic Bouvier', after Louis-Eugène Bouvier (1856-1944), a French naturalist and member of the Commission appointed by the Ministre de l'Instruction Publique to publish the scientific results of the expedition.
The mountain was further surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Adelaide, 1961-62.
