Millennium Hill is amongst the Malvern Hills, on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, effectively a subsidiary top of the Herefordshire Beacon. The earthworks of British Camp, the hill fort on the Beacon, stretch around both the top of the Herefordshire Beacon and Millennium Hill.

The peak was unnamed until 2000.[1] The Malvern Hills Conservators chose the name to celebrate the beginning of the Third Millennium and a naming ceremony was held on the 24 June 2000, six months before the new Millennium began. It was not the last peak to be named by the Conservators; two years later in 2002 they named Jubilee Hill in honour of Her Majesty's Golden Jubilee.

Millennium Hill is south of the main summit of the Herefordshire Beacon but within the ramparts; the old south gate for the fort is just below.
