Mark Cross is a hamlet in the east of Sussex, strumg north to south along the A267 which runs from Royal Tunbridge Wells, on the border of Kent, through the Weald.
There is a little church here, St Mark's, and a pub, The Mark Cross Inn.
Two miles to the south-west is Rotherfield, and the nearest town, Crowborough, three and a half miles to the west.
