The Leacann Water or River Leacainn is a small river in the Argyle region of Argyllshire, which flows southward from the spine of Argyle and enters Loch Fyne at the wee village of Furnace, which used to be known as Inverleacain.
The river is created by the innumerable burns running off the slopes of Beinn Dearg (1,581 feet), and from Loch Leacann. It has a pretty woodland waterfall as the river comes off the mountain slopes, by a route along the lanes here known as the Leacainn Forest Drive.
To the east of the river is a mountain known as Dun Leacain (1,178 feet).
