Langton Green is an affluent village in Kent, immediately north of the very border of Sussex to the south, along the A264 road about two miles west of Tunbridge Wells town centre, and south of Speldhurst.

The village is built around its parish church, and village green and parish church, All Saints, which stands by the green. The church is a Grade II* listed building, built in 1862–63 by George Gilbert Scott.[1]

The village also has a public house, The Hare, and a village primary school, Langton Green County Primary.

A private school, Holmewood House, stands by the village.

Sport and society

The table-top football game, Subbuteo, was invented and produced for many years in Langton Green.[2]

The village has sport association and a popular, modern village hall.[3]
