Lake König

Lake König is a proglacial lake fed by the König Glacier and lying in the Busen Region in the north of South Georgia.

The lake is named in association with the König Glacier, which is named after Felix König, an Austrian mountaineer with the German Antarctic Expedition of 1911-12.
