Kilmany

Kilmany is a village and parish in Fife. If is bounded to the east by Logie; to the north-east by Forgan; to the north by Balmerino; to the west by Creich; to the south-west by Moonzie; and to the south by Cupar and Dairsie. The parish contains the village of Rathillet as well as Kilmany, both of which are on the A92 road which passes through the parish in a north-easterly direction.
It is notable for being the birthplace of Jim Clark, former world champion Formula One racing-car driver. There is a statue of Clark in the village, unveiled in 1997 by Sir Jackie Stewart.[1]
Between 1909 and 1960, Kilmany had its own railway station on the Newburgh and North Fife Railway.[2]
