Keppel Settlement is the main settlement on the east coast of Keppel Island, amongst the Falkland Islands, although it has no permanent population. It takes its name from the island, which is in turn named after Early British settlers named the island after Admiral Augustus Keppel, First Lord of the Admiralty when the island was named in the 19th century.

The settlement was created as an Anglican missionary settlement in the mid-19th century, and Yaghan people were brought there from the Tierra del Fuego at the tip of South America. The missionaries taught the Yaghun farming and the English language, and some of the British party learned the Yahgan language with a view to missionary work in the Tierra del Fuego. In 1885, the island was developed by European immigrants for sheep farming.

The island's farm was eventually abandoned and in the late 20th century the island was designated as a nature reserve.
