Kent Gap

The Kent Gap is an ice-filled gap, a mountain pass through the Forrestal Range, part of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It connects the heads of May Valley and Chambers Glacier and marks the divide between Lexington Table and Saratoga Table. It reaches about 5,600 feet above sea level.

The gap was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964 and surveyed from the ground by the United States Geological Survey, 1965-66. It is named after Kenneth K. Kent, the United States Navy, electronics technician, 'Ellsworth Station', winter 1957.
