Hutchins Nunataks

Hutchins Nunataks rise to about 3,940 feet above sea level to the north-north-east of Mount Leek in the Hauberg Mountains along the Orville Coast of southern Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
These outcrops were photographed from the air by the United States Navy, 1965-67, and mapped from air photographs by the United States Geological Survey. Following a visit by a United States Geological Survey field party in December 1977, named after Lieut. Cdr John Roy Hutchins of the United States Navy, command pilot of an LC-130 aircraft in support of the field party.
