High Cross is a village in Hampshire, three miles north-west of Petersfield, north of the A272 road.
Though small, the village has a church, St Peter's, which was built in 1862. The interior is Victorian in a plain Early English style, but it has three Norman arches and columns which were reconstructed here from the old church at Froxfield Green (demolished 1861). It is a Grade II listed building.[1] The church is within the Benefice of Steep and Froxfield and Privett.
