Heath End is a village in Surrey. It lies between Farnham and Aldershot.

History

The nearby village of Hale grew rapidly after 1854, when the British Army became established in Aldershot.[1] As the cottages spread, those near to Aldershot formed a separate village, which became known as Heath End—the homes at the end of the heath. It subsequently became the location of Aldershot Army College, now demolished.

The current Heath End School building was completed in 1968. Rising to four storeys, it is one of the most visible landmarks in the village from the south.
