The Hayes Glacier is a glacier in Coats Land; part of the British Antarctic Territory. The glacier enters the southeast part of the Weddell Sea about 17 miles west-southwest of Dawson-Lambton Glacier.

The hayes Glacier was discovered in the course of a US Navy LC-130 aeroplane flight over the Caird Coast on 5 November 1967, and was plotted by the United States Geological Survey from photographs obtained at that time. It was named by the American Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Lieutenant Commander Winston R Hayes of the US Navy Reserve, the pilot on that flight.
