Gerd Island is a small island rising to 52 feet above sea level near the east entrance of Norway Bight, a bay on the coast of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The isle was roughly charted by Sørlle, 1912-13, and named Gerdholm after his daughter Gerd, in association with Mariholm and Reid Island. The island was recharted by Discovery Investigations in 1933. The island was visited by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in September 1948. The island was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1956-58.
