Gabbro Crest is a crest rising to 5,740 feet on the south-east side of the Saratoga Table in the Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It is of the mountain spur between the Sheriff Cliffs and the Vigen Cliffs.

The crest was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964. It was named at the suggestion of Arthur B. Ford, a United States Geological Survey geologist, after gabbro, the dominant rock type of the Forrestal Range.
