Description
English: The River Esk in Upper Eskdale The section of Eskdale above Throstle Garth. The rocky outcrop on the right is Scar Lathing, the river makes a sharp right(or left as you look upstream)detour under this crag, beyond which it enters the Great Moss. Scafell Pike is seen in the background with Ill Crag to the right.
