Fang Buttress is a hill of 2,130 feet in the Osterrieth Range of Anvers Island, in the Palmer Archipelago within the British Antarctic Territory.
The mountain was photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition and surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Arthur Harbour", 1955-57.
The name of the hill is descriptive. It is similar in name to the nearby Molar Peak.
