Edentaggart is a settlement of a few houses in Dunbartonshire, above a small river known as the Luss Water, which drops into Loch Lomond below the hamlet.,
The hamlet sits among the lonely Luss Hills, and area of sheep farms and rolling hills. It looks down at the loch to the east, and sits on the slopes of Beinn Eich, which reaches a summit of 2,306 feet just east of Edentaggart.
To the south, the nearest towns are Helensburgh and Alexandria, both also in Dunbartonshire.
