Derrynane Bay

Derrynane Bay is a small bay on the south side of the Iveragh Peninsula of County Kerry. The seaward part of the bay opens into the Atlantic Ocean; the upper bay is a broad tidal basin through which runs a shallow river stream at low tide and which is almost closed off from the seaward side by a headland.
