Coronda Lake

Coronda Lake is a large lake at 410 feet above sea level north-east of Coronda Peak, south-east of Hercules Bay in the Busen Region in the north of South Georgia.
The lake is named in association with Coronda Peak, which in turn is named after the SS Coronda, whose Master, Captain Ridland, gave support for the 1928 Discovery Investigations survey of the area.
