Clady More or Cladymore is a small village and townland in County Armagh. It had a recorded population of 139 people (in 52 households) at the 2011 Census.
The name of the townland, Clady More, is derived from the Irish Cláidigh Mhór, meaning simply 'Great Clady', after the Clady Water which divides it from the townland of Clady Beg ('Little Clady') to the east. The name of the stream signifies 'the one who washes' or 'the strong-flowing one'.[1]
