Brilley is a small village and parish in the Huntington Hundred of Herefordshire, adjacent to the border with Radnorshire. It lies about five miles north-east of the town of Hay-on-Wye. For ecclesiastical purposes it is joined with Michaelchurch-on-Arrow in Radnorshire to form Brilley with Michaelchurch in the Diocese of Hereford.
