Barbrook is a village in the north of Devon, in the Exmoor hills a mile and a half from the sea at Lynmouth and less than five miles west of the border of Somerset.
The village is close to the source of the West Lyn River.
The only shop including the village post office closed on 27 September 2008.[1]
