Ballystrudder or Ballystruder is a small village, and townland of 255 acres, on Islandmagee, a peninsula on the east coast of County Antrim. It is within the Barony of Belfast Lower.
The village had a recorded population of 992 at the 2011 Census. Its name is derived from the Gaelic Baile Strudair, meaning "Strudar’s homestead".[1]
