Adhurst (also known as Adhurst St Mary) is a hamlet in Hampshire, in the very east of the county, less than a mile from the border of Sussex.
The hamlet is nestled next to Steep (to whose parish it is attached), about a mile and a half north-east of Petersfield.
Lothian Bonham-Carter of the Bonham Carter family was born in the hamlet in 1858.
