A' Chailleach is a Gaelic name variously translated as "The Maiden" or "The Hag", the latter presumably from the craggy face of a hill.

- A' Chailleach (Fannichs), 3,271 feet, in the Fannichs and on the Cromartyshire-Ross-shire boundary
- A' Chailleach (Monadhliath), 3,051 feet, in the Monadhliath Mountains of Inverness-shire
