26 Cornet Street stands in St Peter Port, the capital of Guernsey. It is reckoned to be the oldest remaining building in the town's mediæval boundaries and today it is owned and maintained by the National Trust of Guernsey.

The shop has a unique charater on the island, as a Victorian shop and parlour. It functions as the headquarters of the Trust and as its shop.

The trade of the shop is kept in part in the manner of the Victorian heritage presented: nostalgia, traditional sweets measured out in ounces from glass jars into paper bags and the like, with an assortment of traditional toys and games, spud guns, sugar mice. Alongside is the expected collection of tourist stuff, local jewellery, jams and so forth
